Contact
We read everything. We usually reply within a few business days.
Found something wrong? Please tell us.
This is the message we most want to receive.
Campground details change constantly, and we'd rather hear it from you than have someone drive three hours to a shower house that's been closed since the spring.
Helpful corrections include:
- Which campground, and a link to the page
- What's wrong
- What it should say
- How you know — a sign you saw, a call to the ranger station, a visit last weekend
We don't need proof. We'll verify it ourselves, and we'll update the "last verified" date when we do.
Rangers and campground operators
If you manage a campground we list, and something's inaccurate, email us, and we'll correct it — usually within a few days.
We'd also love photos. If you can send us two or three images of your campground that we're free to use with credit, we'll replace the stock photography on your listing. There's no charge and nothing to sign; we just want the listings to show the actual place.
Press and partnerships
For media inquiries or partnership proposals, email us with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line.
What we can't help with
We can't take reservations or cancel them. We're not a booking service. Every listing links to the official reservation system for that campground — use that.
We can't get you a spot at a full campground. Florida books out solid November through April. Our state parks guide explains booking windows and how cancellations work.
We can't issue permits. Free camping permits come from the managing agency. Our free camping guide links to each one.
Advertising
We display advertising through third-party networks rather than selling placements directly, so we can't sell you an ad slot. Affiliate partnership inquiries are welcome at the address above.
